Shipping Policy

Orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be processed on the next business day (Monday-Thursday).

Custom items that are not ready to ship will be processed as indicated in the item listing and then shipped on the next shipping date (Monday-Thursday).

We ship via Pirate Ship using USPS or UPS unless otherwise stated. Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided.

If you need your order expedited, please contact us directly and we will make other arrangements manually outside of our automated ordering process.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Heat & Temperatures

100% Soy wax is sensitive to extreme temperatures and temperature fluctuations,
and this is considered as we determining ship dates. We often utilize thermal mailers during this period, but if an order is large it may need to be delayed due to boxes being less thermally regulated. Your shipment will be delayed during extreme weather conditions. You will be contacted and advised of the delay as well as the expected arrival date. 

Damaged During Shipping

If an item is damaged by the company who delivered the product, please take pictures and email us at your earliest convenience. We will contact the company and collect the insurance owed on our shipped item. The item will be replaced at no cost to you and reshipped within the same 3-5 business days outlined above.

Shipping Promotions

The least expensive shipping option will be utilized, regardless of what is selected at check out, for orders using free shipping promotions or discounts. Orders over $70.00 within the USA only, are shipped free of charge to the customer at our expense.

Climate Friendly Packaging & Shipping

We make a conscious effort to use recycled, up-cycled and climate neutral packing
materials when possible. To wrap candles, we use recycled craft paper wrapping and recycled paper shreds for protection. For box fillers we use recycled paper shreds, recycled paper and other climate friendly packing. All soap plastics are always BPA free and are made of recycled materials as often as possible.

Special Orders and Wholesale Orders

These provisions do not apply to custom orders and wholesale transactions. Custom orders and wholesale transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the signed contract. 

Wholesale and orders are not eligible for any other shipping offers or promotions unless specifically stated in the terms of the signed contract.
